Just 4 more days until we leave for Brazil! It can't come fast enough. I am so ready!

I am constantly reminded of so many faces, friends, memories, and places from our trip last year.

Just Be Normal

"All I need for Kasey to do is just be normal..." -Ali, the Bachelorette.  That is my quote of the day. Finally, Kasey has been booted off the volcano. Literally, last night they show they dramatic departing of the two non-love birds while she flies off in a helicopter with Rated R (the wrestler) and tattoo man is left on the volcano.  Oh ABC can create some dramatic scenes that is for sure.

So Miley update- wow. Her outfits seem to get getting even more racy.  I think her style icons might be a morph between Beyonce and Brittany Spears. 

On a more rated G note, my sweet girls I babysit, and I attempted to create these cupcake/brownies from Family Fun for their daddy on Father's Day.  The father gave it a thumbs up for taste!

Sometimes I wonder...

So in 2 Weeks from today, my mom and I are heading back to Brazil! I am so excited about getting the chance to go back to the very same place with most of the same people.  I'll be sure to post some pictures of our trip along the way- 

So yesterday, in my online People newsletter, (mother makes fun of me keeping up with the celebs), one of their features was airport style.  This gave me a little laugh when I looked through the celebrity's outfit choices. Heels- how can they be practical? I just don't know. It made me think of what I should wear on our 24 flight. joy.  So please, my dear readers, let me know what your favorite celeb outfit is- I'll be sure to put a similar outfit together for my trip.  (hope you're sensing my sarcasm) (mostly) Now, some of these do look somewhat comfy. Here we go...

In honor of Scotland

For about a week now, my brother has been living it up in the UK preparing to play in a couple of golf tournaments.  Since we were not given the "okay" by the man in charge to accompany my brother, I thought I'd give myself and others a feel of Scotland to possibly ease the pain of not actually being there.  It probably will not work, but here we go.

So for the fashion part, sorry, had to throw this in- These are from the Pringle of Scotland fashion show- I hope the brother keeps his style and doesn't take some of these ideas back with him.  But we'd still love you. I love the woman's clothing though. beautiful.

Tonight my lovely sister and I had a great time painting away at Easely Amused.  Last year, around this time, we went to the "Wondrous Cross" class and enjoyed that very much.  Tonight, I think we killed it.  (Killed It is a way of saying nailed it/ showed up the rest of the class) No, we're not that good but... Nice work, sis!
