Dresses...

Just a few of my favorites from the Emmys. Well, some of them make me wonder...
Someone give me an excuse to get a dress like this.

Pretty Pretty Pretty

It's unfortunate that she still has a nice body after all of the children.

Don't know who she is, but I love the dress!

The Office!!

I feel bad for her, being so pretty.

An ode to my favorite, The Office.

Mother, this one's for you. Gilmore Girls.  Her clothes are always a little off.  Nice shoes though!

It's Been a While...

I saw these unique Frieda and Nellie bracelets the other day and thought I might should order one... until I saw the price.  These bracelets are really cute. I could totally start a new trend, but they are a little pricey for what they are made out of.  They run around $130- $215 a piece.  The braided-yarn material is around $1. I know this because you can buy the bracelets in South America for very cheap. But really, these are too cute.  I wish I had come up with the idea!

I thought we were meant to be...

Sometimes being tall has is downsides.  (Especially when you have a short boyfriend)
I found these lovely platform heels on Top Shop and had them in my shopping cart and paused for a moment. I read the specs.  5 inches- That would make me a giant, and I have far too many shoes that are gorgeous but can't wear because people look at me strangely.  Somebody, mom, whoever, please think about getting these. Someone needs to look good around here.

And Oh, how i love nail polish.  The recommended "colors for fall 2010" came out the other day and thought I'd give my readers some visuals.
These are my favorites.  Luckily I already have an OPI shade very close to the Channel. MUCH cheaper.

I love the Essie one. Its coming out later this month.

Ding Ding... We have a winner

I don't like to brag, but... I nailed it.
Remember from the beginning I pegged Roberto. He is very handsome and sweet, but bless his heart, he perspires. I laughed when the host, Chris, told Roberto that Ali was waiting for him at the top of the stairs.  I knew that it was gonna cause a little sweat action bless his heart. I do love her ring.
The other man, Chris, is by far the sweetest thing.  Considering he was broken up with out of the blue, I was impressed with his composure and kindness.  I bet he'll be the next Bachelor!
The Mexicana-love they have is sweet and all of America is just so happy she's happy. Just kidding, her laugh is rather obnoxious.

I'm Eloise...I'm Six

Eloise has a very special place in our hearts, especially mine and my mother's.  I could probably quote the Christmas "Eloise at the Plaza".  When I heard about the new room at the Plaza created by Betsey Johnson solely dedicated to our dear Eloise, I melted.  Its on the list of places to visit someday.

The New York Times has the scoop: It’s done up in two-toned pink stripes, has custom fabric with Eloise-y phrases (“Charge it, please”), a princess-like bed, and a few dolls and toys. It will only cost you about $1,000 a night, and “to add an adjoining room for grown-ups, the nightly rate begins at $2,045.” For grown-ups.

Vera, I wish we were friends...

In honor of the rather pricey wedding that just took place, I thought I'd share a little wish list for my future day, (daddy).

I'll give her credit for choosing a beautiful dress.
It was love at first sight when I saw this Vera in the movies.

These next few photos come from a blog I could spend hours on looking at gorgeous, creative weddings.

Pretty Pretty Cake!

Sparklers!
Father of the Bride-like reception with dancing and band, please.

Wowza, this might not be in my price range...
