On Bakerella today I saw these and am dying to give it a shot creating these cake-ice cream cones. We'll see how my attempt compares to these perfect creations!

Fall, come quickly...
I'm getting very anxious about fall... Normally the clothing lines release their fall clothing mid-august. Lets just say I'm very excited about the JCrew "Commander In Chic" fall collection. I'm ready to get my hands on some pretty things!! I'm throwing in some lace inspiration from Olivia... another favorite for fall.

I don't want him flying my plane anymore...
So last night after I re-entered the USA and settled into my home, I was able to catch up on my shows. I watched The Bachelorette episode that I had missed. Watching the interview with Jake and Vienna was terrible. I use to be in love with Jake when he was on the Bachelorette. When he became the Bachelor, I realized he cried just too much and was a tad bit on the strange side (obviously for choosing Vienna). I am not picking sides, honestly, they both have their issues, but Jake could very possibly be verbally abusive. I could see him being a jerk to her. Total loss of respect for Jake. Well, that kind of happened when he put on a leotard and cha-cha'd on Dancing with the Stars.
